High CPU usage with D-Link camera

Hi everyone !
I recently see a problem with updating BI 5.0.2.6 to 5.5.5.6. I use several D-Link cameras (DSC-5020L, DSC-942LB, DCS-5222, …) and everything was fine with them. But since the update, the DSC-5020L has a processor peak every 20 seconds, at 4 times the usual consumption. I asked that it was due to the sound, because turning it off I didn't get the peaks.
Have you ever seen this kind of behavior?

From the perspective of "When you hear the sound of hoof beats, think horses, not zebras"... That observation suggests to me that it's a performance optimization issue - I get that it worked before, but still, it points to performance tweaking.
