BI Playback skips.

BI Playback skips about 10 sec every few min. This happens to all cameras, I have 4 ip cams so far.

During playback, right click "use sub stream if available". If you are using sub streams, that should clear it up, but it suggests a need for optimization. If you're not using sub streams and your camera is capable, you should. If you post a screenshot of the Status window -> Cameras tab, that would help.

Even with the sub stream it still skips. Let me clarify its the triggered motion recording setup. All recording from all cameras do this. So if I go back to yesterday its all jumpy and skips. The real time view does not do this.

Thanks for that post - that confirms my suspicion that your issue stems from performance optimization and sub stream utilization. I had the same issue and cleared it up through performance optimization. The short answer is you need to enable sub streams on your cameras and change your key frame interval.
