I am new to BI, I am running with Deepstack AI.
I am puzzled why it seems to miss obvious objects. For example, last night I drove my car under the spot light camera on my shed. I did not get an alert from BI. I am recording continuous and alerts. I followed TheHookUp install video, so basically I am using his settings. I reviewed the alerts folder, there is no jpg of the time my car passed, but there was one from 2 mins before then and 3 mins after. I reviewed the continues recording and it has the video. I turned on testing and tuning, analyze with Deepstack and it lights up the car with over 80% confidence, yet I did not get an alert and it did not save a jpg? Any thoughts? Thanks
Missed Alert
Re: Missed Alert
I kinda gotta laugh. I get it, I have empathy. I was right there with ya a while back and they don't make it easy to figure out. Consider this overview of how it comes together: Motion sensed -> Camera triggered -> Recording -> DeepStack -> Confirm/Cancel. Confirmed -> Alert actions. Analyze each of those segments in order, but if the camera doesn't sense motion or trigger when it should, nothing else matters. So:
Prove that the camera sensed motion
Prove that the camera triggered when it should
Prove that the event was recorded as expected
There's a butt load of self help here -> Motion Sensor and a YT video there. There's also plenty of friendly help here...
