Recent software issue.

I got a message across my display one night recently "This software has been hijacked...." but before I could read the rest it was gone from the screen. The pc this happened on had been sitting idle for hours, BI5 still running and all good. Otherwise, everything looked normal. it was as if the hacker was saying they hacked BI5 and were letting an end user know. I run AVG and malwarebytes on this pc w/and no viruses found.

I noted the server problems and was wondering if anyone else saw anything like this?

Do you port forward or use a VPN for remote access?

How are your BI box and cams connected, on the same home network or are the cams in their own separate network?

Do you have complex passwords for all the devices in your network?
