App access works, web/wireless inop

Blue Iris v5.0.4.7 on Windows 7. I've run the remote access wizard a few times and it used to work, but access via a web page from home or another outside browser, even on a phone, will not connect.

The app connects quickly. On my phone, I have to be on my cell plan for the app to work. If I switch to wireless, whether on-site or remote, it won't work.

There is one spot in the wizard where it doesn't pass, but the firewall isn't controlled by me. It has worked in the past and the firewall hasn't been touched by IT.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Confusing.

When your using your phone at home...
- Does it connect using Wifi?
- Does it connect when not using wifi?

When your using your phone at work...
- Does it connect using your works Wifi?
- Does it connect when not using wifi?

on wifi, for my phone, no connection with the app

using my PC's web browser and hitting the IP WAN addesss + port from home, no connection.
