Crap. Just upgraded and getting the VCRUNTIME140_1.dll System Error. I thought it was fixed!!!

had email reply from blue iris, simple solution, worked for me, this is a copy and paste of a few bits from the email
" This issue has arisen as the result of an update made to the Visual Studio C++ compiler used to build Blue Iris. Run the VCREDIST_X64.exe file that you will find in your Blue Iris 5 program files folder for 64-bit Windows, or VCREDIST_X32.exe for 32-bit Windows. "

FWIW, just had the same issue, so I downloaded the full BIv5 install from the website and installed it.
It prompted to install vcruntime_x64, which I did, and now everything is back up and running.
