IOS App unable to playback some alerts and camera live stream

I have one camera that the Blue Iris IOS app can't play the alerts, but can stream the live feed fine. I have another camera that crashes the app as soon as you try to play the live stream, but will play alerts fine.
I have 8 cameras, the other 6 work just fine for live stream and alert playback. All the cameras are set for BVR and direct to disk. I am using Intel hardware decoding. I did have to change one of the cameras to h264 to be able to stream, it is the one that won't play back alerts.

In the attached camera status, the problems are the bottom 2. Back Gate won't play alerts through the app, and ChuckCam won't stream live. I have tried all the hardware decoder options, including NVidia, the PC has both video cards, with the same results. The Back Gate cam wouldn't stream when it was outputting h265.

Both of the IOS app problem cameras stream and playback alerts without issue in the desktop application.

Any ideas on how I can get them to play nicely with the app or anything else I may be missing?

I think it's experimentation time:
1. Temporarily drop the resolution of the 8MP camera to see if that does anything.
2. Have a look if you can adjust the i-frame on the second camera.
I don't know if it will help, but if it does you have some info for Support to think about.
