I have BI 5.9.6.4 running. When watching a live stream the audio is fine and clear. When I get an email alert with a video clip, the audio is absolutely horrible! This isn't limited to one specific camera. It happens on all my cameras (9 cameras). I have Reolink, Amcrest and Foscam cameras. Every one of them has clear audio in live view. Just the clips sent via email are bad. This just started happening about 6 months ago.
I have included a link to a recorded clip of my kitchen camera. You can hear how bad it is.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to fix this?

Yes, that audio shocked me as I had the big speakers on
Since there are different manufacturers cameras, it looks like a BI5 setting. Is this an MP4 from an Alert action ? If so have you had a look at the audio settings in "Video..." ?

Yes, this is the MP4. I get the alerts emailed to me as an attachment.
I'm looking at the video tab and don't see any audio settings.
I also looked at the video encoder section for the alert and have enclosed that screenshot as well.

Audio=AAC in top pic. Try something else. Mp3 ?
