i have a problem with the Blue Iris app on my phone, since I switched to fiber I can no longer connect with my camera, the following message appears.
Unable to connect . Please try again . Reason : Unable to reach server

How are you accessing BI, via port forwarding or via a VPN?
Your IP address will have changed so you might need to update the setting for thi within BI
The other thing to consider if using port forwarding, then check if your Internet provider is using CGNAT for ipv4, if they are then port forwarding won’t work as you don’t have a true public facing IP address. I had to move over to using Tailscale to get around CGNAT when my internet provider did this.
