Not sure if this is the place for this but every 30 Secord's the Blue Iris Logo pops ups if it was starting up again. I've rebooted the server but still happens. As you can see I have more than enough computing power. Although the CPU is unusually high, normally around 8%. I'm running BI Tools for weather overlays.

CPU,GPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-12700 [20%,0%]
RAM: 8.33GB/63.6GB
Clips: 13013 items, 6691/15550GB
Storage: G: +1.18TB
