100+ Camera setup

Hi all, been using Blue Iris for some years now and quite happy with it. Currently have 100+ cameras split across 2 Dell R330 dual cpu servers and looking to add another 80 or so cameras to the property. I am in the process of buying new hardware (pc's) to continue running all of this. My question is what hardware config would you suggest to run all 4K Lorex cameras at a min resolution of 2K each with some at 4K. Intel i9 14400 is a given but do I stick with this or go to server Xeon CPU's again? Can I run RTX GPU's with the server cpu's and do I have to? I have an open checkbook for this as well.
