Database corruption that cannot fix

every time I try to fix the DB, I get this error:
DBRegenerate: could not obtain exclusive DB access 0/0/0/0

I have attempted to run the app as standalone (not as service) and fix the DB, still same error. I have deleted all the .dat files while the app was not running but it still will not fix my DB and the overallocation problem or reload all the clips.

Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Hi, could it be that your anti-virus has locked the BI5 database ? Have you set up the AV exceptions mentioned in the help file ?

WOO-HOO!! - Thank you very much, I forgot I had moved a folder and the new folder was not part of the exceptions for AV. nasty reminder that you need to go back and check setups when you change things. PITA.
