MAIN STREAM ISSUE

All cameras are Amcrest 4K bullet cams over PoE. All of a sudden, all but one of these cameras refuses to show the main stream in UI3. If I view the camera in the BI5 console, it kicks the substream thumb view over to the main stream, as I would expect. I can also view the main stream, with no issues, via the camera's direct management console.

One of these cameras is working in UI3 just fine however the rest never kick over to the 4K view. No changes on my part to these cameras other than continuing to keep BI up to date.

Version at the time of this post is 5.9.9.0

Thoughts? Ideas?

Have you tried the last or last to last stable release?

You may have a bandwidth problem and UI3 is just trying to adjust accordingly.

Is the one camera that displays correctly also active in 4K when you try the others? If so, just try each camera at 4K one at a time so as to not tax whatever bandwidth is available. If they work one at a time but UI3 can't hold up with an additional one, I'd be suspecting a sudden low bandwidth issue if everything was working as desired previously.

Yeah.... I went back and configured resolution for the grid view properly to match the alternate stream. Something had modified it to 4K and this was impacting the behavior in UI3. Issue is resolved now, thankfully.
