Often, but not always, I will be reviewing clips on my phone and will have 2,3 or sometimes 4 of the same clip play before I get to the previous clip. How can I fix this?
I searched the forum and found nothing on this topic. I’m running the latest versions of both the BI PC-based software and the iOS app.

Long standing issue with the mobile app. I sometimes get this as well as if reviewing a lot of clips the app will simply crash and bomb out so you then have to start over.

OP: Since IAmATeaf has confirmed the problem, I suggest that you write to Support and explain the issue. Add your BI5 license details to the email.
I was of the opinion that Ken is an IOS user as the IOS app always seems to be slightly more advanced than the Android app so this is odd
