How to fix PTZ Controls Stopped Working (after enabling substreams)

I currently run the latest BI5 stable (5.9.9.14) operating with 19 cameras. Was having loading issues and fixed that by changing all cameras to add default substream (previously none defined): loading dropped to below 20% - yeah, loading issue fixed! (Also changed general config under CAMERAS: set Hardware accelerated decode to NONE (was INTEL).)

Problem is my two PTZ cameras stopped responding to move and preset commands in the web I/F (UI3 version 279) (also does not respond in the BI app itself on the server).

The two cameras still respond to PTZ commands if you login directly to the camera IP. Both PTZs are Dahua: mini dome (SDA1A203T-GN) in the garage and my outdoor PTZ (SD49425XB-HNR).

I am pretty sure (90%) this corresponded to when I did the above config changes. (Also tried setting general config for h/w accel. decode back to Intel with no luck, so left it set back at NONE).

ANY IDEAS HOW TO FIX LOSS OF PTZ CONTROL FROM BLUE IRIS?

Here is example network config from one of the two PTZs (mini dome PTZ in garage):

Have you re-run Find/Inspect? That usually re-populated PTZ presets for my PTZ cameras if I had issues.
Don't forget to hit Ok after / if it finds the PTZ.

Also check the PTZ settings. Mine for a Dahua SD22204UE-GN mini dome look like this:

Since his reply was first, I started by trying the "Find/inspect..." button per PaulDaisy (did not know about that button on the Video/Configure... screen):
