I've been dealing with drive overallocated issues on and off for a while. Other threads have not helped.
I noticed a lower-left window error where could not copy files because not enough space. I didn't copy it but it was trying to copy >5GB where there was only 3-4GB of space. I checked my drives and though things seemed correct, I manually copied some of the oldest files from New to Stored, then rebuilt. Didn't seem to help. \
Today I tweaked a little the allocations to the B: SSD drive, then rebuild. Now all drives are out of whack.
Also, I don't seem to recall the "Clipboard" storage. Was that automatically created in an update. BTW, my db/clips.dat is 5GB, which is what clipboard was set to but I changed it to 3GB before the rebuild.

Re: Overallocated (again)
I guess there is a limit to attachments. Here are some other screenshots.

Re: Overallocated (again)
Sorry for the echo chamber, but I just rebuilt again and got this.

Re: Overallocated (again)
We have seen the gold/yellow before in the Storage graphs, and the Help file shows this:
Clipboard ? The Help file shows:
Is your "New" folder set to 21GB ? It needs to be big enough for video files for all of your cameras (4GB each ? depends on combine or cut size) at the same time. Mine is set to 710GB on a second 1TB SSD.Other files on a shared drive are normally drawn in grey. If these other files are actually Blue Iris video files in managed folders, use the Repair DB button to re-adopt them. If you see yellow instead, this is an indication the drive was designated as exclusive-use, and this discrepancy should be corrected, with exceptions:
• If you are storing the database to an exclusive-use drive, that will also be represented within the yellow segment.
• If the drive is managing bad sectors (unusable areas possibly due to errors) these may affect the reported free space on the drive without lowering the drive size that’s being reported, resulting in this discrepancy.
Clipboard ? The Help file shows:
[5.9.9.13] Revision/simplification of the PTZ presets window.
The “clipboard” folder is by default no longer a subfolder of the New folder, but a folder configured on its own on Settings/Storage. This means you may now define custom storage rules for these items. When updating, the previous New/Clipboard folder will be used until you provide a path for the new folder (default C:\BlueIris\Clipboard).
