Help with inport to new computer.

Hi all

I exported my BI and then import to a new computer.
I was able to unlicense old comp and license new computer
All my Cams work great as before.

Problem:
When I try to setup run as windows services BI pops up a box with my old computer name in it. Why?

2nd Problem

I have tried to put my systems name and password in but it won't take it.

Old system was win10 new system is win 11.

Any help would be great.

I have swapped BI5 PC numerous times over the years with BI5 running as a service and I have not seen this before. Exporting and importing licence details as you have done. Are you able to email Support ? If not it will possibly mean searching the registry to try to find it
