Due to excessive issues with my Main Screen and Cameras connectivity. I need to reinstall a fresh complete version of Blue Iris 5.
I know because of post I read hear a normal uninstall will not do a complete uninstall.
I do not want any connections to the old version.
I have my Blue Iris 5 licence and other key data I need to restore my version.
Also, can someone tellme how to get a fresh new version of Blue Iris 5.
Thanks
Joe

Re: Blue Iris 5 Complete Uninstall and Reinstall
Are you using CPAI, do you have a current support contract, the steps to do what you want will depend on the answers to these questions?
Re: Blue Iris 5 Complete Uninstall and Reinstall

The post says to go back to General Discussion. What do I look for?
Your question asked if I have a service contract? I have priority Service with Blue Iris.
Is there something else?
Thanks

I was asking about the service contract to see if you needed to find an older version of BI that was valid before the expiry of the service contract since you have one it is not an issue, you can use the current version. I would not wipe your system just yet, you have another thread that is about your screen issue, I think that your system can be fixed, we should at least try before you take the big step of doing a clean install!
