Trigger won't send alert to phone. Help!

So I've confirmed that everything is set correctly by selecting a camera and pressing the "lightning bolt" icon to test.

When I do, the camera records and I get the push notification on my phone.

However, if motion is trigger but *actual* motion, the camera registers a trigger event by recording the event.... BUT... the alerts are no sent to the phone.

Can't figure out what I'm missing here.

Any ideas?

Can’t explain why, but had the same problem. I restarted BI and everything worked. I have had a few things that I needed to restart BI to get to work after changing something.
