Same, with Mailboxes, and, trunks of trees and a few other areas like utility posts. How I've resolved this is by going into 'Motion Zones', and clearing those small areas. You will still get motion and AI confirmed as objects will approach & pass the small areas cleared.

Static object detection left at default settings work very well. But, I've not been successful at adding static objects,

Any luck with this? I have the same situation and it's crazy that this is not easier. I set this up in Scrypted in about 10 min. I just got done masking out the car and hoping that helps it.

I'm pretty sure that if you clear an area in the Motion zones, it is blacked-out in AI detection. I can't clear the regions with the mailbox and other false triggers because they are in the background of my driveway, which I have AI monitor and launch triggers.

I only had a couple of minutes to poke around in settings. Nothing jumped out at me, and I didn't have time to evaluate prior alerts.
