Hello.
I am currently trying to install a Dahua Thermal Camera Image DHI-TPC-BF-1241-TB3F4-S2 Thermal (MSR-00F20220126) on Blue Iris Version 5.9.9.23 x 64.
I've connected the camera to see the video feed, however I do not know how to connect to the thermal image on Blue Iris. Any Help would be appreciated. Thank you very much!

Hi, do you have the normal video working ? If so look on the BI5 camera setting page and look for "Cam#:". If it's set to 1, try it on 2 and save it.
It is likely to be something like that as I think it will have the same IP, username and password. If that works, you can clone the camera so that you can view both.
