Retaining desktop frame on chosen monitor

All my desktop frames return to one monitor when the monitors are placed in standby.

Is there a way to make them remain where I put them please?

Are you referring to the BI desktop interface or the UI3 web interface, if UI3 what browser?
What version of BI?
What version of Windows?
