Ai Inspector no longer showing relevant image

Post by awitty987 »

Has anybody else notice that the Ai Inspector (Ctrl - Double click on an alert) no longer updates the capture imaged as you scroll through it's various attemps to identify an alert type?

Work for me on version 5.9.9.27.

Once the AI Inspector is displayed, you only need to double click (or play) the Alerts and it will update. Works even when changing cameras.

Are you sure? So when you click on any of the AI attempts as shown in the red circle, your capture image is refreshed ? It used to work, but does nothing now :-(

Just in case: Previously if you left DAT files on, they were uncontrolled and would fill up the BI5 folder until nothing worked. I don't know if that was fixed, but I used to have to delete the DAT files manually and turn them off until needed again. Thoughts ?

Ah, I misunderstood. I thought you were referring to the Alerts list.

Yes, in the AI Inspector the AI image changes when I click or use the arrow keys to change to another AI Inspector image.
Can you post a video capture of the issue?

OK, BI5 v5.9.9.27 is working normally here with DAT images changing for each time slot. I suggest you try deleting your existing DAT files as I said before then try again. Now to turn them OFF and delete them before I forget :?

Should I be disabling dat files before deleting them?
I've always just deleted them. I haven't had/noticed any issue.

Opps, topic hijack attempted! :geek:

They are for testing, so if you have finished testing then turn them off.

I don't think you will break anything doing it that way, but the system will carry on creating them. I only turn DAT files on when I am setting things up.
