Only showing Jpg in Clips

Using 5.9.9.25 with CPAI 2.9.5 and cant figure out for the life of me why my alerts only show up as jpg in clips?
I can see and alert as it happens appear in alert sidebar but then it dissapears only to show up as a jpg with ai % orange box confirmation.

I didn't get a response from the last person who asked a similar question, but it may be what I think it is.
You have DAT files enabled "Save AI analysis DAT files". They are for setting up and testing and should then be disabled. I don't think anything has changed so they are not automatically deleted by BI5. That means your folders will be full of DAT files which eventually blocks BI5.
How do I know ? Because it happened to me
Disable them and manually delete them.

I did as you described and the key part was deleting the dat files and everything seemed peachy after stumbling on what appeared to be a disk allocation issue.

I have had the same multiple disk setup for a couple years now and have never touched those settings or had any allocation issues that I’m aware of. Prior to starting my CPAI journey I had no issues getting alerts. I went into recording allocation and noticed all my hard drives were allocated according to MB of the drive but the box was indicating it was GB. I also started noticing the disk usage is now pinned @ %100 so I tried doing the old db repair to no avail. Windows config shows almost no disk usage so now I’m completely puzzled.

I have 5 drives in all is the one used for clip/alert storage going bad now? And what’s with the MB to GB allocation change?

5.9.9.30 (just released) has fixed an issue causing JPG's to be saved to the alerts folder when the AI confirmation is used! Not sure if this will fix your issue or not!

Thanks for the heads up! I Think the JPG issue has been fixed now I have to figure out whats going on with my disk allocation issue.

I’m an idiot, I setup my HD for gb instead of tb.
Reset the correct allocations and cleared db folder and looks like I’m back on track. Now I just need to figure out how to do some CPAI model training to reduce some minor false.
