New clips icon or error?

I upgraded from 5.9.9.33 to 34 and instead of the little clip (film strip) icon at the bottom right, I now have a red circle. Image below. Is this a glitch or a new setting?

Everything seems to be working and no issues with clips or lack of storage etc.

I just upgraded from 5.9.9.33 to 5.9.9.34 and I now also see that the icons have changed The icons appear to only show on my system if one of the cameras is triggered either manually or by motion detection! Still working on what the three different icons that show for me actually mean!

I am guessing that the first one is a notification, the second one is recording, the third is an alert is taking place!

If you check the help file pages 57 & 58 "Status Icons" all the revised icons are explained!

Thanks for the replies and info. Seems like a simpler and more logical design.
