That could be due to a low post count. Add a few posts and try again. Let's see if that works

I parted with my cash $$$ for a key to blue iris... waited and waited. Emailed customer support - didn't hear back, emailed again... didn't hear back. THEN, when I FINALLY heard back from what can barely be called support, I was berated for emailing more than one time.
Not sure what the hell is going on at blue iris right now, but the support from them is pure garbage.
I hope you end up with your PURCHASED keys... before the year 2026.

Not to justify the poor response, but you do realize that they are a very small organization, possibly only 2 people, it used to be just 1 person!. I believe that emails are handled on a chronological order, but if you send a second email, before they respond the automated system moves you to the bottom of the que again! This is just what I have read so don't shoot the messenger!

FWIW I sorted Steeleimaging's issue out within two days
