remote access test

Post by long7time »

Old window OS desktop PC crashed that was running BI version 4. I installed and upgraded to version 5 of BI on my Win 10 desktop. Now I am unable to pass the Remote access test screen for remote access. I am 100% sure I have the port open on my router as needed
I am not sure what is blocking access now, I have added Blue Iris to my AVG Anti Virus exception list on win 10 PC. The windows defender is off on PC. attaching some files to show my issues any help would be appreciated

Try to disable Windows Firewall on your Win10 machine.

Firewall, or port forwarding. Did you change port 81 in the router to be sent to the new Win10 pc or is it still pointing to the old one ? Is the new pc "David-PC" ?
