Lagging player slider

Hey guys.

I'm having a problem. I have 6 cameras set up in Blue Iris. I have put them on motion detect to record.

My clips length is one hour. But when I open the links in the player and use the slider to scan a clip to see what's recorded it's really lagging in the picture, we are talking about like 30 seconds for the picture to update the new position of the slider. This makes it a real drag to view though the files.

The CPU usage is between 6-10 percent, so that's not the issue. Any ideas?
