BI5 - UPdated to - Ver 5.2.5.4x64 --- 8mp Cameras - No Signal

Hey Guys,

The releases every 24 hours I was hoping was a sign that with being locked at home the BI team has time to tweak all those little things they never have time to get around to. This afternoon on a reboot I updated to 5.2.5.4

Now my 8mp cameras refuse to appears. All are saying I/O error. It was 2 of 3 when the system updated. I did a reboot and after that lost 3 of 3.


Any thoughts?

not that this helps but the update now returns cannot connect errors to most of my cameras as well

Send BI support an email thru their support email.

It takes up to 10 minutes for the cameras to appear in BI5 - They do eventually appear.

However, they are falling behind realtime much quicker than before -- If someone drives past the house - it appears in BI5 up to 90 seconds after the event occurs.

I updated my Bi5 Computer to an i9-9900K with 32Gig of ram - CPU level is usually under 30% - So this is not an issue of resources.
