New computer, new BI full version (V5).
Now that it is loaded it will NOT connect to my camera(s).
I ran a IP scanner program and it found the cameras right where they have always been.
Please help
I used to have the old BI V4 for years, no problem. But with Windows 10 ....
Any and all HELP getting this up and running will be greatly appreciated.

Hi DOUGHN6885,
1. Do you still have BI4 running on a different PC ? You should be able to back up your camera settings.
2. Have you tried adding a known camera IP address to BI5 during the search ?
3. Is there anything unusual about the new PC's IP address ? Just wondering IPv4/IPv6 ?
4. Have you tried with Norton/firewalls off to see if they are blocking BI5 ?

And see if you can get to the cameras from the web browser on your new computer.
If you can, then you just need to match the camera settings that you used to use.
Since BI is making outbound connections to the cameras, firewalls or antivirus shouldn't be blocking them.
