Alert doesn't play multiple sounds anymore

I have an alert set up to do three things: play a sound for 3 seconds, play another sound for 5 seconds, and then send a text message to my phone.

The alert used to work fine, but now it only plays the first sound, skips the second sound, and then sends the text message.

Both sound files are there, they both play when I click the Test button, but only the first one plays now. Any ideas on how to fix this or what might be wrong?

Can you export the camera settings, and post them here?
I'll load them to see how it behaves with one of my cameras.
