blue iris not starting up until I open the app

this was working I could restart the computer and blue iris would start up via service on startup and I could view my cameras via web page, the latest update downloaded now even though startup service shows it is running I have to remote into my computer and manually start on the GUI for it to start so I can view from my web page

Running BI as a service, it should always be running - although the console is not. Starting BI again will open the console.
It shouldn't matter that the console is not open to view remotely.
Something else is going on.
