UI3 browser issues

OK, i must be missing something and im hoping someone can shed some light on it for me.

I seem to be having a problem viewing my cams live using the UI3 browser. I do not have issues veiwing the cams live from the cams themselves and from the java browser.

I keep getting the time clock in the corner and the error that my network isnt fast enough to view in real time. I find that hard to believe since it seems fine everywhere else. is this a consistent issue with the UI3 browser?

I specifically use the Pale Moon browser for my Blue Iris display and have been really happy. It is a fork from FireFox and has Windows and Linux desktop versions: https://www.palemoon.org/
