Trigger Settings - best Results?

Hey guys.

I wondered if anyone could help regarding the best settings to use with the trigger? Often there is definite movement but nothing is recorded.

Could someone help explain if more or less contrast is better, object size, object detection etc.

Right now I have them all set to the lowest they can go as I assumed that made it more sensitive.
