Alternative Android App for Alerts

Hi all,

I have tried to search but the stupid search function will not let me search "Android Push Notifications" as it's too common...

SO - The Android app isn't great, especially as I now updated my handset and Android to 10...

My question is - Is there any alternative ways to receive Push notifications from Bi to my phone?

I do not really want to add the cams app.

Hi Daran,

I tried the search function with your text, and it did the same for me. I don't use the push function, so I suggest you send a message to support and see what they say.

The biggest Android issue for me is that there isn't an Android tv BI app, as that would fit in really well with my home tv systems (Nvidia Shield, and four x 4k Fire sticks). Side-loading the standard android app is no use without a mouse, and I couldn't find a browser that works with UI3

Since this is the official BI forum, it would be useful if we could do polls, as that could help direct BI management to focus on what we think needs to be updated
