On Alert, ftp a smaller image - resize?

Is there a way to ftp a smaller image on alert of motion? What settings is it using to size the image now? Is it just the checkbox "Store alert images as hi-res files" on the Trigger tab?

I'm using this for a Home Assistant notification, and sending a 500K image is a bit of an overkill. This is from a 1920 x 1080 camera, and the version 5.3.3.9.

What would be fantastic is the ability to resize the image as it is ftp'd.
