Low Frame Rate and choppy audio

I am new to Blue Iris 5. I am using a Wyze 2 Scan IP cam with RTSP transmission. I have set the frame rate to 15 FPS as my camera is capable. When I look at the status box on Blue Iris it says 10FPS/1fps. When playing back recording the audio is very choppy. you cant really understand what is being said. Any suggestions on what the cause is or how to correct my problems.
