Hi all,
As you can see from the title my push notifications stopped working. After searching this, I downloaded latest version and still not working.
Started a few days ago. I have no idea where security exemptions or service login is.
Also, this started about three days ago when I upgraded to Iphone 12 and at same time renamed my Ipad, Bue Iris sees them , but when I do the test
(the lightning icon) the above message appears.
Also, Blue Iris working fine on both devices, just no alerts coming in.
Can anyone help with this?
Thank you

I emailed support and they said it was a change in the cert requirements by apple so I had to update to the latest version on my Blue Iris server side now my push notifications are working again.

Thanks Terk,
I did upgrade (ver 5.3.8.17) and push still not working.
Not sure what issue is, Might have to buy support package so I can email them.

I had to update to 5.3.9.13 rather than the stable release like I would normally do to get it resolved.

That was it for me! Thank you, Terk! Also, thanks to smackbottom for confirming the fix.
I had updated to the latest stable (5.3.8.17 1/25/2021) and there was no change, the iOS alerts still wouldn't work and gave the same error. However, when I went to the latest update (5.3.9.13 3/2/2021) the alerts worked immediately.
Thanks again.
