A couple of my cameras will randomly drop from their files being displayed under "Alerts". The cameras are configured to be triggered on motion events and this continues to function. The files typically appear when selecting the "Alerts" filter. The files DO appear in the "New" list so the files are there, they just randomly stop being displayed when using the "Alerts" filter (when viewed in UI3 for example).
If I restart the computer and the BI application, everything returns to normal but at some point (days or weeks) one or more of the cameras will stop appearing under the Alerts filter.
Anyone have suggestions?
