Break time not working??

I'm trying to set a MINIMUM clip length of 30 seconds after motion is detected.

For each camera I set a "break time" of 30 seconds on the Trigger tab of its settings.

No luck - it regularly cuts off far earlier than 30 seconds.

Any hints as to why would be greatly appreciated.
