mobile error trying to connect from vpn

Hi All,
I'm using VPN to connect to my network
When I'm trying to connect to BI server using mobile app i'm getting
Unable to connect please try again
Reason: LAN access only

When I'm using the LAN address from chrome (mobile ofcourse ) I can connect to the BU UI3 web server.
Any Idea ?

do you have the same address in both the LAN and WAN fields for your server?
