"Open in desktop frame" option is disabled on Remote

I'm testing Remote Management function by installing BI5 on another PC on LAN.
The one functionality that I require is to open one or two cameras in a popup, but the "Open in desktop frame" option is disabled, does anyone know why?

I emailed support, but still waiting for response.

Confirmed that it is not working, not implemented. Might be implemented in Remote 2.0, whatever it means.
