I don't think I have seen any formal rules, don't know. I use:
1. Forum is user to user, don't assume the developer reads anything.
2. Use common sense.
3. Check help files and search the forum before asking (people here are inclined to help even if you don't)
4. Try to stay on topic. We try very hard not to attack anyone or post rants.
5. We avoid talking about the dark side.

As louyo said, we don't really have any rules. As long as you are polite you will be fine.
6. There is no such thing as a stupid question, it's just something you don't know yet
I am the forum moderator, and I will let you know if you are doing something that will upset other forum users. It doesn't happen very often. Spammers are mercilessly culled though
