I just tried it but doesn't work never gives me the option to click Next.

Did you install the same version you had on the other PC ? You didn't mention if you have an up to date Support plan, so it **may** prevent you registering a version newer than you are entitled to use. Hopefully Support will sort it, but they may ignore your email if you were unable to paste in the information that shows your licence key !

Yes I did install the same version and I yes I have an up to date support plan. Hopefully support will respond to my email.
