I just created an UptimeKuma monitor to check when the new updates are posted and then I manually go download them. I could probably script the downloads too but for now I will just manually grab them.
A good script would scrape the update page, keep track of the current update version and do a daily check on if a new version is posted. Auto download the two update packages and reset its current version tracker.
I wonder why Fenderman stopped hosting them. He surely was automating it.

It’s most likely stopped on the other site due to changes made at the backend.
I remember when after the great big meltdown the updates stopped working and it took the site quite a while to figure out how to get them working again.
Grabbing the updates from the BI updates web page isn’t reliable. I posted about this in another thread, currently if you download the .29 update you actually end up with the .24 update.
If BI doesn’t have good relations with the other site I really don’t see what they don’t host the updates on their site with changes documented against each?
