I've moved from the wyze-provided firmware to the open-source "Dafang-Hacks" firmware, which supports RTSP (and MQTT!)
The blue iris setting is pretty simple. I first changed the camera setting from port 8554 to 554 (see attachment screenshot).

I gave up on the Wyze cams...they're nice little cams but they seem to drop signal a lot and sometimes they just quit for no reason and refuse to reconnect. I finally reached my limit and tossed them in a drawer.
