I presume it has an ethernet interface and can be plugged into the network to identify what its default IP address is, or is set to dhcp by default in order to obtain an address from whatever dhcp resource may be operational on your network.

Bypassing the camera's reliance on the P6SLite ecosystem is what you want. Somewhere, somehow there is probably a webUI available in the camera firmware to access the desired functions. You just need to find the correct port to get there.
This is very good idea and I tested it but again same result, BI can not see it but EasyVMS find it normal and again P6S protocol, you can see it here:

After I add it to EVMS it show that camera using 6060 cmd port.

Now that port 6060 has been identified as a 'control' port, use it as the Discovery/ONVIF port for Find/Inspect. Keep the RTSP port as 554.

With any luck it will spit something out that will be useful..., like an RTSP Stream profile.

Again same result - nothing!
After some searching I come to website: http://www.yucvision.com
Look like they have something with P6SLite, maybe just selling this cameras, but they have some manuals like one for BI:
http://www.yucvision.com/Support.asp?pid=277&cid=280

Also they have own software YUCHENG and that software allow me to change all settings on this camera and also RTSP settings but again I can not open this RTSP stream in VLC and also in BI, stupid camera, stupid firmware!

now I sent e-mail to support, maybe they will answer.

Your links are infected. You may want to look into that.

Your image hosting service is injecting bogus virus warnings and redirects to other sites from your image links. I would advise to stop using that service.

The best and safest way to insert images into posts is to simply resize the image to an acceptable size and upload it to the post for inline insertion.

Back to the subject at hand. Where did you download the software to access the camera interface settings?

Similar to many.

Instantly found the majority of my ONVIF compliant cameras but gives a 'non compatible operation or interface' error when attempting to 'modify device'. I can't believe software this capable would be completely propriatary and still provide ONVIF compatibilities with other cameras.

When you added cameras (or the camera) to the software did you specify ONVIF?

Working just if I choose P6S protocol!
