I just sent Support a message today after having some issues after upgrading to 5.5.2.2, they responded in 1.5 hours asking for more information. Do you still have support or has it expired?

Be aware that if you don't follow their advice to paste in the data regarding your BI5 number, that your email may end up in their spam filters. Quite logical really, and so easy for a software company
