Source file format is corrupt error
I just got a new laptop and installed BI. I can not get the files on my NAS to open in blue iris. I receive the error shown in the title. If I copy the file to my laptop I can view it ok. I have been doing this for a year with my old laptop, I am able to just double click the file on the NAS and get it to open and run on that laptop. I really do not want to have to copy all video captures to my local machine to view the video. Kind of defeats the purpose of saving to the NAS. What am I missing or doing wrong. Getting very frustrated.

same here.
mp4 format form a direct h.265 stream from my amcrest camera. cant playback from blue iris, but all files playback from players on my other devices just fine. i would use the blue iris file format but that cant be played back from windows players, only blue iris.
