Newbie question - Capturing from web server/remote viewer

Hello, I`m new to the forum, from Buenos Aires.

I have this problem. When capturing/recording a video from the web server It can connect. I can play the video but I can`t capture it. This happen with some cameras, no all of them. Can`t notice what difference between cameras are doing this failure.

I`t is a licenced BI 4.8.6.3 version, x64 on a Win 10 pro instaled on a dedicated PC, closed LAN w/o internet.

I reched no success trying to find this same problem.
